Online AV Productions produce low cost, engaging and informative hotel videos for use on the hotel´s website and distribution to third party sites, for example: Expedia, TripAdvisor or Price Travel. Videos are maximum 2 minutes in length and capture the style and image of the hotel. These videos will help to sell features and benefits of a hotel as well as give viewers a good idea of size and scale.
Our style is based on many years of experience of working with tourism and the hotel industry. Statistics say that online viewers are far more likely to make an online booking after watching an engaging Internet video. Internet video is used as an inspirational tool at the start of a decision making process for online booking.
Online AVP uses professional camera operators to film the hotel properties and amenities. Either we use one of the hotel staff as a presenter or we have the option of a professional narrator. Quality, consistency and accuracy are first and foremost goals of our hotel video productions.
First we meet to discuss the hotel video requirements and look around the hotel for interesting shots and points of view. From there our camera operators will start their work. On occasion we may ask a staff member or guest to be included if we feel the video will benefit from this. We do use a filming and location agreement with hotels outlining all aspects of the production and any person filmed has given their permission. Online AVP is also very selective about the music being used on your video and ensure all worldwide distribution licenses have been attained.
The camera operators will send the footage to our central office here in Cancun where the hotel video will be edited. This process will take up to 2 weeks. Hotels are given the opportunity to view and adjust edited content by viewing their video online on a private and password protected link during this period. Once the editing is complete and the final project approved by the Online AVP managements and the hotel, the video will be ready for on- and offline distribution.
